Are you interested in meeting a core of enthusiastic adult Irish dancers who all began just like you, without knowing a single step? Would you like to find a great way to exercise, all while learning a skill and making new friends? Whatever your experience, Inis Cairde’s adult program has a place for you.

 

Most of our adult students begin with no knowledge or experience in Irish dancing. Under the tutelage of two of our certified teachers, Brita Kiser and Cara Stackpoole, many are surprised at just how quickly they progress through their first dances.

 

Before you know it, you could be ready to meet up with our adults at one of the local pubs to have a pint and dance to live Irish music! And when you’re ready, you’ll have options to participate in local performances or competitions. Or if you want to just come to class weekly, burn some calories, and connect with fellow students, you’re welcome to do that, too. You get to choose the level of commitment that works for you!

Danced as a kid? We now offer adult championships as part of our advanced class! Email us and tell us your story!

 

Our Beginning Adult class is every Thursday night at 7:00pm, followed by Intermediate Adults at 8:00 pm. We also offer an Advanced Adult solo class on Tuesday at 8:00pm and an Adult Teams program, if you are a returning or experienced dancer.
